Introducing our sake and jazz bar pop-up, soon to find its permanent home. We're bringing our unique concept and immersive experiences to the back bar at Kai Bistro, conveniently located near the UDistrict light rail station.

Join us on Saturday nights and Sunday brunch for our Tasting Dinners, featuring a menu expertly crafted by Chef Pap and an optional sake and shochu pairing curated by Quan. At $75 per person, this pairing dinner showcases innovative dishes and flavors that will define our future brick-and-mortar space.

Reservations are required for the tasting dinners and lunch tasting menu, but we welcome walk-ins for our a la carte experience.
