Sake Noire

Sake Noire is excited to announce a pop up residency in the back bar of Kai's Bistro, bringing an immersive sake, shochu and cocktail experience for several months. This pop-up serves as a development program for Sake Noire's future brick-and-mortar location, blending sake, shochu, tea, and exceptional food.

Chef Pap Wongsakorn Amorncharoenchai, the culinary partner of Sake Noire, honed his culinary skills abroad and worked in professional kitchens for several years from Thailand to Boston. After returning to Thailand, he founded *Here by Hand*, a chef's table and sushi omakase restaurant, initially in Ratchathewi and later at a pop-up in Bangkok's Old Town. Chef Pap and Quan plan to merge their expertise to create a brick & mortar sake bar fusing traditional flavors of Japan, Thailand, and China with innovative techniques for both food and drink.

Join us on Friday for our "Raw Things" pop-up featuring our love for ingredient sourcing and Japanese style bartending with reservations only for the bar top. Walk-ins available for table side service.

On Saturday night and Sunday lunch, we will be offering shared tasting menus on top of an a la carte menu. The shared tasting menu will be a glimpse into what our food program will be like for our future brick & mortar sake bar.

Walk-in is available for the bar on Saturday and Sundays.

Sake Noire x Kai's Bistro: Monday Jazz Jam Series

In addition to our exciting sake pop up, we are thrilled to introduce the **Monday Jazz Jam Series**, a monthly event designed to bring the local music and arts community together. Each month, we will feature a live performance by a talented local jazz artist, followed by an open jam session where musicians can join in and collaborate with the featured performer.
